창상봉합의 종류
일차 유합 (Primary union, Primary closure)
정의: 창상을 즉시 봉합하여 치유하는 형태
적응증: Clean, clean-contaminated wound (감염 소견이 없고 조직 결손이 적은 경우)
특징: 상피화가 빠르게 진행됨 (24~48시간 내), 흉터(Scar)가 적음
