  • 정의 및 분류

    • 약물 등에 의해 발생하는 심각한 급성 피부 점막 반응

    • 전층 표피 괴사(Full-thickness epidermal necrosis)와 점막 탈락이 특징

    • 침범 면적(Total body surface area, TBSA)에 따른 분류

      • SJS: TBSA < 10%

      • SJS/TEN Overlap: TBSA 10~30%

      • TEN: TBSA > 30%
