Complicatied diverticulitis와 bleeding에 의한 메켈게실에서는 wedge and segmental resection이 시행된다는 뜻 같은데 그렇다면 이 문제의 답도 소장절제술이 아닌가요?

퍼시픽 외과각론 책에서도 bleeding있는경우 diverticulectomy가 아닌 mucosa까지 다 절제해줘야 한다고 되어있어서 질문드립니다.
