주요 원인균: 임질균 (N. gonorrhoeae), 클라미디아 트라코마티스(C. trachomatis)
진단
- yellow/greenish, purulent endocervical discharge
- 자궁경부분비물 그람염색
  - WBC 내 G(-) 쌍구균 있으면 임균 감염
  - WBC 내 G(-) 쌍구균 없으면 클라미디아 감염
- 핵산 증폭 검사
치료
- 임질균: 3세대 Cepha(Ceftriaxone, Cefixime) + doxycycline*
  * 핵산증폭검사 등을 통해 클라미디아 감염이 완전히 배제된 것이 아니라면 클라미디아 감염에 대한 치료도 시행하는 것이 원칙
- 클라미디아: Doxycyclin (임신중에는 azithromycin TOC)

Recommended Regimen for Uncomplicated Gonococcal Infection of the Cervix, Urethra, or Rectum Among Adults and Adolescents
Ceftriaxone 500 mg* IM in a single dose for persons weighing <150 kg If chlamydial infection has not been excluded, treat for chlamydia with doxycycline 100 mg orally 2 times/day for 7 days.
* For persons weighing ≥150 kg, 1 g ceftriaxone should be administered.

Recommended Regimen for Uncomplicated Gonococcal Infection of the Cervix, Urethra, or Rectum Among Adults and Adolescents
