유리수분청소율 = Free water clearance 은 다음과 같은 식으로 구하게 됩니다.
CH2O is the free water clearance
QU is the urine flow
Uosm is the total osmolarity of urine
Posm is the total osmolarity of plasma.
이 식은 우리가 신장내과의 고나트륨혈증에서 교정시 진행 중인 수분손실을 계산 할 때 사용하는 식입니다.
