제목 상황의 경우 cytoreductive surgery 전 chemotherapy의 적응증이 되는걸로 알고 있는게 그렇다면

흉막 복막 전이 있고 흉수 복수 있는 난소암 확인되었다면 항암화학요법
Cytoreductive surgery
복합항암화학요법
의 순으로 시행하면 될까요

Stage IV라도 optimal cytoreduction (<1cm residual disease) 이 가능하다면 cytoreductive surgery를 우선 시행하고, optimal cytoreduction이 불가능하다면 neoadjuvant chemotherapy를 시행하면 됩니다.흉막 전이까지 있는 케이스라면 수술로써 잔여 암을 1cm미만으로 남기기 어려우므로 neoadjuvant chemo를 먼저 시행하면 될 것 같습니다.
*질문에서 말씀하신 병기설정수술 → 항암화학 → cytoreductive → adjuvant chemo로 진행하는 것이 아닙니다. neoadjuvant chemo → surgical staging & cytoreductive surgery → adjuvant chemo 순으로 진행되어야 합니다.
